I'm a student therapist in my final year at the Toronto Institute of Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), a graduate psychotherapy training program accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I see clients under the supervision of experienced therapists and tenured faculty at TIRP. I'm a member in good standing of Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).

Prior to studying at TIRP, I completed 2 years at the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling Program (OPC), and provided many years of sexual health counselling at Planned Parenthood of Toronto.

I offer individual talk therapy to adults over 18.

I actively attend workshops and trainings to further my knowledge-base and therapeutic toolkit.

I approach my work as a therapist with a mindful, attachment-based lens; I endeavour to be open, direct and empathetic. I practice from a feminist, gender-queer, queer-positive, anti-oppressive framework.

My particular focus is working with those dealing with:

  • trauma

  • new parenthood / postpartum feelings

  • grief, loss, and miscarriage

  • shame

  • family conflict

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • relationship issues

  • life transitions

  • those who identify as Highly Sensitive (HSP)

If you’re seeking support with anything outside of those areas, that’s totally okay. I’d still really like to hear from you. The best way to find out if we’re a good fit is to meet in person for an initial session. Everyone is very warmly welcome.
