You may be struggling with feelings of loneliness, anxiety or despair. You could be feeling stuck as you face a big (or seemingly small) life transition and are having a hard time figuring out how to move forward. Or you may be doing alright, but could use some extra support as you navigate a rough patch.
My approach is down-to-earth, nurturing, and client-centred. Together we pay attention to what's happening for you in this moment - in your relationships, in your life and in therapy to help make sense of things. We may also dip in the past to explore some of reasons and ways that you've come to understand your experiences. From there, we can then figure out if those patterns and ways of being are serving you in your present life.
I provide a dedicated, safe space to be yourself, to dig deep, and attend to what's happening. Big or small, whatever brought you here, I work to support you in finding and living your own best life.
