LET’S WORK TOGETHER

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re looking for individual support, relationship therapy, EMDR, or a therapist seeking clinical supervision, I aim to support you in whatever has brought you here.

GETTING STARTED

Finding the right therapist is important, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if it feels like a good fit. You can ask me questions, share a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a feel for how I work.

You can book directly online for a free 15 min intro session, fill out the form below or email me to set something up.

*Space in my practice can sometimes be limited, but spots do open up regularly. I warmly welcome you to book a free 15-minute consultation and I’ll do my best to accommodate you, or offer options that may be helpful in the meantime.

Logistics & Policies

Sessions Are Virtual

I work exclusively online with clients across Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Therapy from the comfort of your own space can be just as impactful as in-person sessions, with added flexibility and convenience.

SESSIONS & Payment

Standard individual sessions are 50-minutes in length and couples sessions are 60-minutes. Longer sessions can sometimes be accommodated and will be prorated at the regular rate.

Payment is due at the time of the session via e-transfer or credit card. If you have extended health benefits, psychotherapy services with a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) may be covered - check with your provider. I do not bill insurance directly but provide receipts for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be billed at the full session rate, unless I can fill the spot or unless we’re able to find another time within the week to reschedule.

  • Please reach out to me for my current session fees.

  • I do introductory free 15 minute sessions, kind of like a meet-and-greet. It’s helpful for me to know what’s bringing you to therapy, your past experiences in therapy, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. You’ll hopefully get a sense of what it’s like to talk to me and I’ll get a better idea if we’d be a good fit.

  • Therapy can be helpful whether you’re navigating something specific (anxiety, relationships, big life changes) or just have a sense that something isn’t quite right. In our consultation, we can explore whether this approach feels like a good fit for you.

  • Yes! I offer a regular-rate sliding scale, as well as a limited number of lower-cost spaces to help increase access to therapy. If fees are a concern, you're welcome to get in touch so we can discuss your current situation and options.

  • Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, but we can adjust based on what feels right for you.

  • Therapy is deeply personal, and finding the right approach (and therapist) makes all the difference. My work is relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed, which means we focus not just on what is happening but on how it’s showing up. I believe that change isn’t a finish line, but a process of growing into the life you want to live.

  • There’s no set timeframe - some people come for short-term support (a few months), while others find ongoing therapy helpful for deeper work. The type of therapy I do usually means longer-term work, but it’s entirely up to you. I’ll check in regularly to ensure it continues to feel right for you.
