OFFICE LOCATION

My office is located at 24 O’Hara Ave in Toronto’s west end Parkdale neighbourhood. It is easily accessible by bicycle and TTC and and there is plenty of free car parking on O’Hara and surrounding side streets. My office is located on the 2nd floor in cosy, quiet house converted into therapy offices. If stairs are a barrier for you, please let me know. 

SESSIONS

All sessions are 50 minutes in length.  

Our first session will be an informal and a bit like a ‘meet-and-greet’ - you’ll have a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work and find out if we might feel like a good fit.

FEES AND PAYMENT

I offer initial consultations at a reduced rate of $45. My regular session fees are $90.

Fees are payable by the end of each appointment by cash, cheque or prior to session via e-transfer.

I issue receipts for all session fees; these fees may be covered by your extended health benefits plan or may be income tax deductible.

To help provide greater access to therapeutic services, I offer some sliding scale rates based on need and availability. Sliding scale sessions are reserved for weekday daytime appointments and often fill up. If cost is a barrier for you, please let me know when you contact me about sliding scale availabilities and a bit about your situation.

POLICIES

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you miss an appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you’ll be responsible for the full session fee.

Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

NEW TO THERAPY?

If you’re new to therapy and feeling hesitant to reach out, please know that’s very normal. Taking the step to see a therapist may feel weird and big and overwhelming. I get it.
