DOWN-TO-EARTH, ATTACHMENT-BASED PSYCHOTHERAPY

WELCOME

I’m so glad you’re here.

Whatever you're going through, I offer a thoughtful, engaged space to help you make sense of it. Maybe you’re looking for deeper, longer-term therapy to help untangle patterns that have been keeping you stuck. Or perhaps you need shorter-term support to navigate a rough patch, a life transition, or a challenging season. Sometimes, therapy is simply about creating space for reflection and personal growth. Whatever brings you here, we’ll figure out the path forward together.

I work with individuals, couples, and relationship groups who want to understand themselves better, break free from painful patterns, and feel more connected in their relationships.

I also offer clinical supervision and case consultation for therapists at all career  stages.

who i work with

I work with individuals, couples, and relationship groups who may look like they have it all together on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or unseen on the inside. My clients are often deep thinkers, sensitive souls, creatives, and high achievers who have spent their lives striving, caregiving, or trying to earn a sense of belonging.

Many of the people I support are navigating:

  • Attachment wounds & childhood emotional neglect – untangling patterns that shape self-worth and relationships.

  • Perfectionism, self-doubt & over-functioning – learning to soften the pressure and find ease.

  • Highly sensitive & deep-feeling personalities – making sense of emotions, sensitivity, and the need for meaning.

  • Relationship challenges – whether dating, in partnerships, navigating polyamory, or feeling stuck in family dynamics.

  • Major life transitions – stepping into new roles like parenthood, moving through career shifts, or redefining identity.

  • Complex PTSD & trauma healing – shifting from survival mode to a greater sense of safety and connection.

If any of this resonates, I invite you to reach out. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where you can explore who you are—beyond the roles, expectations, and stories you’ve carried.

How Therapy Helps

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about experiencing yourself in a new way. We’re shaped by our earliest relationships, and when those relationships left us feeling unseen, unsafe, or unworthy, we carry those patterns forward. The parts of us that protect, avoid, over-perform, or shrink ourselves are simply doing what they first learned to keep us safe.

In therapy, we gently turn toward these parts—not to get rid of them, but to understand their stories and offer them what they’ve always needed. As we do this work together, you may notice old patterns loosening, relationships deepening, and a greater sense of ease in simply being yourself.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about creating new experiences that reshape how you see yourself and the world. Through this process, we can create more room for trust, self-compassion, and deeper connection with others. When we feel truly seen, something shifts. We begin to move through life differently, not because we’ve been “fixed,” but because we feel free to be who we truly are.
