Services
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re looking for individual support, relationship therapy, EMDR, or a therapist seeking clinical supervision, I aim to support you in whatever has brought you here.
Therapy for Individuals
Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening. If you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you - whether in relationships or the way you move through the world, therapy can help untangle those dynamics with warmth, curiosity, and care.
My approach is attachment-based, relational, and trauma-informed, which means we’ll explore how your past experiences shape your present while also creating space for new ways of being. Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ yourself - it’s about understanding yourself with more clarity and compassion so you can live in ways that feel more aligned with who you are.
I work with:
Highly sensitive, deep-feeling, or perfectionistic people who often feel like they have to hold everything together
Those navigating relationship challenges, whether dating, in partnerships or working through family dynamics
People who have experienced attachment wounds, childhood emotional neglect, or complex PTSD
Those moving through life transitions - i.e. parenthood, career shifts, identity changes, midlife, perimenopause and menopause
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps the brain process and integrate distressing experiences that may feel stuck in the nervous system. EMDR engages the body’s natural healing process to reduce the emotional charge of painful memories, negative self-beliefs, phobias, fears or other overwhelming feelings.
EMDR may be helpful if you if feel emotionally reactive to certain memories, situations, or relationships or are experiencing overwhelming responses to situations and other ways of coping / dealing with them isn’t working.
We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, integrating EMDR with relational therapy to support deep, lasting change.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
No relationship is without challenges, but conflict, disconnection, or feeling unseen can be the breaking point for many relationships. Often our earliest attachment wounds and unmet needs show up in our primary relationships, and figuring it out while you’re also navigating regular everyday life can feel hopeless or frustrating.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and listen, and figure out what might be going on underneath the surface, both for yourself and for each other.
I work with couples and relationship groups of all kinds—monogamous, polyamorous, and everything in between. Our work will focus on understanding the underlying dynamics at play, untangling patterns that keep you stuck, and finding new ways of relating that feel more easeful and connected.
Relationship therapy can help with:
Recurring conflict or communication struggles
Feeling stuck in the same struggles, patterns or hurt
Navigating needs, working through trust issues
Feeling more seen, heard, and connected in your relationship
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Clinical Supervision & Case Consultation
I provide clinical supervision and consultation for therapists at all career stages. My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in attachment-based, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives. Whether you’re looking for ongoing supervision, one-time case consultation, or support in navigating complex clinical dynamics, my goal is to offer a thoughtful, engaged space to help deepen your work.
I work with therapists who:
Want to strengthen their clinical skills while feeling supported in their own professional growth
Are drawn to relational, attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches
Work with complex cases and want a space to process countertransference, ethical considerations, and therapeutic stuck points
Are interested in integrating EMDR, parts work, or relational approaches into their practice
Supervision is about more than just case discussion, it’s about helping you feel more confident, grounded, and intentional in your work.
